Cancellation Policy

All cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment in order to allow time to fill your reserved appointment slot with another client. Any cancellations made without adequate notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled appointment, with the exception of standalone nail appointments which will be the full price of the missed appointment. 

Flea Policy

In order to provide a safe and parasite free facility for all of our clients FancyPants Cat Grooming has implemented a zero tolerance flea policy. Any cats to be found with ANY evidence of fleas (i.e. flea dirt or live fleas) will be given a single dose of Capstar flea treatment medication. The flea treatment price of $15 will be added to the cost of the grooming sercie.
