What are your operating hours?SALON HOURS: Wednesday thru Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm Saturday 9:00am - 4:00pm

What is your cancellation policy?CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment in order to allow time to fill your reserved appointment slot with another client. Any cancellations made without adequate notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled appointment, with the exception of standalone nail appointments which will be the full price of the missed appointment.

Are vaccination records required?All cats must be current on rabies vaccinations prior to the start of our first grooming appointment. Please have your rabies certificate paperwork available prior to arrival. We will keep the information on file for subsequent grooming appointments.

How long will the grooming appointment take?Your cat’s comfort and safety is our top priority. A typical Full Coat Groom appointment allows for approximately 2-3 hours. Variables such as coat condition, and handling temperament can affect the length of the appointment.

Aren't cats afraid of water?Contrary to popular belief, most cats do perfectly fine being bathed. They may not be overjoyed with the process but they do tolerate it quiet well. Cats feel much better when freshly groomed and often strut their stuff to show off once they're groomed.

How often should my cat be professionally groomed?The National Cat Groomers Institute and the Cat Fancier’s Association recommendations are as follows: Long hair ~ every 4 – 6 weeks Medium hair ~ every 6 – 8 weeks Short hair ~ every 8 – 12 weeks Let's talk about your pets needs and try to get them on a reoccurring grooming schedule if possible.
